Shipping Policy
Cosmic Stax currently ships to customers within the United States only.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days before shipping. Processing begins once your order has been accepted and sent to fulfillment.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
Economy U.S. Shipping: 5–8 business days
Standard U.S. Shipping: 2–4 business days
Express U.S. Shipping: 1–3 business days, when available
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Order Changes and Cancellations
After an order is placed, there may be a short window where the shipping address can be corrected or the order can be canceled.
Once an order has been accepted and sent to fulfillment, we may not be able to edit, cancel, or stop the order.
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If a package is delayed, returned, or unable to be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping or reshipment costs.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at contact@cosmicstax.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will review the issue and may offer a replacement or refund if the carrier confirms the package was lost.

Cosmic Stax orders are fulfilled and shipped from a U.S. fulfillment center.
