Refund & Replacement Policy

At Cosmic Stax, your satisfaction matters to us. Because our products are consumable wellness items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, opened products, or products that have already been used.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at contact@cosmicstax.com.

To help us review your claim, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label

Once we review your claim, we will notify you whether your replacement or refund has been approved. If approved, we may offer either a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

Lost Packages

For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If the carrier confirms the package was lost, we may issue a replacement or refund.

Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned or cannot be delivered because of an incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

We are not responsible for packages that are refused, unclaimed, abandoned, or returned due to the customer being unavailable to receive the shipment.

No Refunds for Buyer’s Remorse

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, taste preference, change of mind, or products ordered by mistake once the order has been processed.

Order Cancellations

Because orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations. If your order has already been accepted, prepared, or sent to fulfillment, we may not be able to cancel or refund the order.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
